Dale Bredesen and the End of Alzheimer’s has changed many lives. I watched my mother slip away from me from this dreadful disease. That is when I decided to make it my mission in life to help others who are searching for a way to prevent or reverse Alzheimer’s.
Below are the books that Dr. Bredesen has published to help get the information out to as many people as possible. Some people start by reading these books and then reach out to a health care provider for assistance in implementing the protocol. Working with a ReCODE 2.0 certified health coach is a great way to get help implementing the protocol. We can answer questions, help you identify the changes that you can make and be there as your trusted advisor and cheerleader.
The End of Alzheimer’s
Most of us know someone who has Alzheimer’s. The common opinion is that there is nothing that one can do to prevent or reverse Alzheimer’s and that once diagnosed the best one can do is go home and get one's affairs in order.
Dr. Dale Bredesen has spent over 30 years researching the disease and has identified over 36 contributors to the disease. He has labeled four types of Alzheimers that follow different disease pathways.
Addressing the disease is, as he describes it, like fixing the roof of a house that has 36 holes. Patching just one hole, does not correct the problem. There are many other holes and methods of fixing them, before one sees improvement.
The End of Alzheimer’s Program
In this book Dr. Dale Bredesen explains the types of Alzheimer’s and the contributing factors that cause each type of Alzheimer’s.
He outlines the tests to run to identify toxins, nutritional deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, gut dysbiosis, pathogens, and mold exposure.
The program to address the issues identified can be followed in the book.
The protocol includes many lifestyle adjustments and a long term commitment that can be facilitated with the help of a physician, dietician and a health coach all trained in the Bredesen ReCODE 2.0 Protocol.
The First Survivors of Alzheimer’s
In their own words, seven individuals tell their stories about how they realized they had a problem, describing the lifestyle factors and epigenetics that contributed to the disease. They share in their stories what they did to follow the Bredesen Protocol and how they saved their brains.
Their stories are full of hope and the desire to share their successes to help others who are struggling with coginitive decline and Alzheimer’s.
