The 6 Pillars of Health Program
Includes a discovery call and 6 – 8 one-on-one coaching sessions to explore and implement the tenets of the 6 Pillars of Health; Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Mind-Body, Community/Relationships, and Toxins. You will receive client based coaching that helps you identify what you want to work on as we explore the 6 Pillars of Health.
PROGRAM for PreCODE* SUBSCRIBERS
For participants looking to prevent cognitive decline.
This program includes:
6 sessions with this ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach (Initial Visit: 1.5 hours, Follow-up Visits: 1 hour) During each visit, spaced about 3-4 weeks apart, Sandy will review with you the progress made from the previous visit, address any questions that you have and set next visit goals for implementing the protocol.
2 PreCODE Reports* to track your progress through the program, with reminders to repeat cognitive testing and labs as recommended.
Assistance navigating the Apollo Health portal and explaining the rich content that is available to members.
Cognitive assessment administration, if needed.
Overview of Cq Assessments and MoCA tests, over time, to track your performance and progress.
Coaching tools, such as the Characters Strengths and implementation of habit changes.
Development of a personalized coaching plan based upon your PreCODE Report, which will include assistance with monitoring oxygen saturation*, glucose* and ketones*, guidance in the dietary and lifestyle strategies, potential referrals to other ReCODE trained practitioners such as a ReCODE Trained Nutritionist, a ReCODE Trained Practitioner, as needed.
Guidance for: personal care products, pantry cleanout, home cleaning products, safe cookware, ridding plastic from your kitchen, and more!
Communication between visits to provide support as things come up is encouraged to help you move forward with up to 4 [5-10] minute calls per month and 4 emails per month included in the program cost.
*Costs for labs, supplements, equipment and supplies, and adjunct therapies and treatments are not included in the program price.
PROGRAM for ReCODE* SUBSCRIBERS
To make the most of our time together, it is best to include a care partner (loved one) in the appointments if you have any symptoms, to ensure successful implementation (as guided by your doctor).
