Client Coach Process

Welcome to coaching as my client. I look forward to working with you. There are a few guidelines that my clients and I follow in order for the relationship to work. If you have any question, please contact  me.

Essential

It is important for you to be an active participant in the coaching relationship for it to be successful. You have hired a coach to help you do things differently. Coaching is a unique flow of ideas. I am happy to work with you and I want you to have a great experience.

Fee

Clients pay for services at the time the session is booked. Payment may be made on line by debit or credit card.

Procedure

Client and coach call into the coaching session on time. Please come to the session with updates, progress, and current challenges. Let me know what you want to work on, and be ready to be coached. The focus of each session is client generated and coach supported.

Changes

Please give 24 hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule a call. If you have an emergency, we will work around it. Otherwise a missed call is not made up.

Extra Time

Please feel free to contact me between our scheduled sessions if “spot coaching”is needed, or you can’t wait to share a success with me. Email, text or call is fine. I enjoy delivering this extra level of service. When you leave a message let me know if you would like a call back or if you are just sharing.

Problems

I want you to be satisfied with our relationship. If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it to my attention. As your coach, I am 100% committed to you being powerful, successful and to you having the life you want.
